Water. Coffee.
Sketchbooks.
Lately, the sketchbooks have helped me regain my self-confidence as an artist. It's been great to do the "Wonder Sketchbook" exercise, because I've recovered the habit of drawing every day, even if it's a little sketch, and that got me excited about drawing again. I've mainly been posting my Wonder Women for the last few weeks, but I've taken on other, more complex drawing projects as well, and that has been very good. I hope to fill up MANY of those little sketchbooks in the months to come.

Back when I thought I was going to be an illustrator for Walt Disney, I carried a sketchbook with me at all times, to take down ideas and practice impromptu sketchings.
You know, Dr. Spo, you should post your drawings on your blog, you've mentioned you wanted to work as a Disney illustrator a couple of times now - I'd love to see your work!
Best,
J.
Alas, that was prehistory - there are no written records or survivors
I sometimes wonder that happened to some of my early sketches. If I ever find any, I will post them - just for you.
